VETAB was established in 1984 by the NSW Vocational Education and Training Act, and is governed by this Act as amended in 2005.

VETAB’s functions are managed by the Quality Assurance Services team within the NSW Department of Education and Training. VETAB is committed to providing the highest quality services to all of our customers, and does this in accordance with its customer service standards
