Changing your legal details

An RTO or CRICOS provider must notify VETAB of any significant legal changes it intends to make to its operations. These may include:

• Legal name change
• Trading name change
• Legal entity change
• Multiple legal entities sharing a trading (business) name
• Sale or transfer of the business
