Incorporation of an RTO

If your RTO is formed of an individual or partnership of individuals and wants to convert to being a company, you must:

  • advise VETAB in writing, on company letterhead, that the individual or individuals together own not less than 50 per cent of the shares in the new company, and
  • provide a copy of the ASIC Certificate of Registration of a Company for the new company.
