Lodging an appeal

Organistaions aggrieved by a decision of the Board in relation to registration and approval decisions must first submit an application in writing to the Director, VETAB for an internal review of the decision. An application must be made within 28 days of receiving written notice of the decision from the Board.

If the internal review upholds the Board's decision the organisation can then apply to the Administrative Decisions Tribunal for a review of the decision.
