Trading name change

If your RTO changes its trading name, please complete a Notification of Change of RTO Details form and send it to VETAB.

You must attach a Certificate of Registration of Business Name issued by the NSW Office of Fair Trading. Apart from showing the Business Name, the certificate must show the legal name of the RTO beside the words ‘Name of Proprietor(s)’.
