Training Packages @ Work

Training Packages @ Work is a national electronic newsletter funded by the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations (DEEWR) and supported by all state and territory training authorities. It provides teachers, trainers, assessors and managers of registered training organisations (RTOs) with useful information about vocational education and training.

The newsletter contains articles about the use of training packages by RTOs, resources that support their use and those training packages being reviewed, as well as information about the Australian Quality Training Framework, forthcoming events and professional development opportunities.

Each issue includes a training package status report, which indicates those packages being reviewed and the contact details of the Industry Skills Council responsible for managing the review. The status report also contains the details of the relevant NSW Industry Training Advisory Body, which can provide training package information to RTOs.

You can tailor your subscription to the newsletter to view the full national content and/or information relating to the states and territories you nominate.
